Version 1.0 · 18 October 2026

Who You Are Buying From

You are buying from Universal Networking Insights Training & Development Limited (Company No. 16716506), trading as uREADY ("we", "us"). Registered office: Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, IP28 7DE. Email: info@getuready.co.uk. Phone: 020 3757 2488.

What You Are Buying

A uREADY digital revision guide: an independent study aid made up of practice questions, full mock tests and an explanation for every answer. The exact contents of each guide are shown on its product page and in your order confirmation.

uREADY guides are independent. They are not produced, endorsed or approved by CITB, CSCS, Network Rail, RSSB or any other scheme owner or awarding body. Buying or using a guide does not give you a card, ticket, competence or qualification, and no guide can guarantee a pass.

Format and Access

You receive a PDF download and access to the online mock tests in your browser for 12 months from purchase. Access is a single payment. It does not renew automatically and you will not be charged again.

Who Can Buy

You must be 18 or over to buy. A parent, guardian, employer or college may buy a guide for a learner aged 16 or 17.

Price and Payment

Price: CSCS HS&E guides £9.99 each; PTS guide £14.99; the price of every other guide is shown on its product page. The price shown is the total price you pay. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged; if that changes, prices will be shown including VAT.

Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

How the Contract Is Made

The contract is made when we email your order confirmation. Access to your guide is made available only after that confirmation is sent. The confirmation includes these terms, your consent to immediate access, and your receipt, so you have a lasting copy.

Your Right to Cancel

Usually you have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once supply begins, but only if you have first given both of these at checkout:

  • your express agreement that we can supply the guide immediately; and
  • your acknowledgement that you lose your right to cancel once supply begins.

Supply begins when your download link or online access is first made available to you. If you do not tick the checkout box, we will not start supply and your 14-day right to cancel stays in place. To cancel, email info@getuready.co.uk or use the model cancellation form linked below. Model cancellation form: model cancellation form (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Schedule 3).

Checkout box (unticked):

I expressly agree that uREADY may supply my digital guide immediately. I understand that once access or download begins, I will lose my 14-day right to cancel.

urM8S Pro and urM8S Teams Subscriptions

urM8S Pro costs £9.99 a month or £79.99 a year. urM8S Teams costs £12 per seat per month (minimum 10 seats), £10.80 per seat from 26 seats and £9.60 per seat from 100 seats. The Teams pilot is a single payment of £300 for 10 seats for 3 months and does not renew.

Launch offer: with code LAUNCH50 (applied automatically from our buy buttons) you pay half price for your first 3 months on monthly Pro (£4.99 a month), or for your first year on annual Pro (£39.99). After that the full price applies.

Pro and Teams renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. We email you before an annual renewal. You can cancel at any time, online, from the link in your welcome email, or by emailing info@getuready.co.uk. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for and you will not be charged again.

You have 14 days from the day you subscribe to cancel. Because access starts straight away, if you cancel within those 14 days we refund what you paid, less a proportionate amount for the days you had access. Access is linked to the email address you pay with: use the same address in the urM8S app.

If Something Is Wrong With Your Guide

Your guide must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, contact us at info@getuready.co.uk with your order number. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • you may be entitled to a repair or replacement;
  • if repair or replacement is not possible, or not done within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction of up to the full price;
  • if our digital content damages your device or other digital content because we did not use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or compensate you.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Using Your Guide

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the guide for your own study. You must not sell, share, publish, upload, distribute or commercially exploit it, except where the law expressly permits. These terms are for individual consumers. Employers, agencies and colleges buying for several learners do so under our separate bulk licence terms; email info@getuready.co.uk. Nothing in this licence affects your statutory rights.

Our Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones in your order confirmation.

Complaints

See our Complaints Procedure. We acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and respond in full within 15 working days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live, and you may bring proceedings in any court consumer law allows you to use.
