Who We Are
Universal Networking Insights Training & Development Limited (Company No. 16716506), trading as uREADY, UNIT8D and urROUTE, is the controller of your personal data. Registered office: Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, IP28 7DE. Data protection enquiries are handled by the Company Director at info@getuready.co.uk.
What We Collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone.
- Order details: what you bought, when, and your consent to immediate access. Card details are handled by Stripe, not us.
- Enquiry and complaint content: what you tell us.
- Talent pool details: the role you want, your experience, cards and tickets you hold, location, and any CV you upload.
- Newsletter preferences, if you sign up.
- Mock-test progress, only if you tick "Remember my progress" (stored in your browser, not sent to us).
- Technical data needed to deliver and secure the website (for example IP address in server logs).

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@getuready.co.uk or using the unsubscribe link. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your data. We use these service providers, who act on our instructions:
- Netlify: website hosting and forms (United States).
- Stripe: payments (United States and Ireland).
- Brevo: newsletter and order emails (France).
- Zoho: business email (European Union).
- Our accountant: order and financial records (United Kingdom).
We only share your talent pool profile with an employer outside our company after asking you about that specific opportunity. UNIT8D is a trading name of the same company, not a separate company.
International Transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations (for example for the EEA), the UK-US data bridge for US providers that are certified under it, or otherwise the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum. You can ask us which safeguard applies to any provider.
How Long We Keep It

We may keep records longer if they are needed for a legal claim.
Your Rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or move it to another provider. We reply within one calendar month. Email info@getuready.co.uk. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
Under 18s
You must be 18 to buy. People aged 16 and 17 may join the free talent pool; if you are under 18, please speak to a parent or guardian before joining. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Automated Tools
Some replies to enquiries are prepared with automated tools. A member of the team can take over at any time; just ask. We do not make decisions about you using solely automated means.
