What You Get
- Introductions to employers. With your permission, we may introduce your CV or portfolio to employers who are hiring for the work you want.
- Considered for roles with UNIT8D. If you tick the box, we pass your details to our sister company UNIT8D, a rail, highways and civils workforce company, so you can be considered for future roles.
- Your route, mapped. We use urROUTE to show you the cards and steps to the job you want, and tell you when a guide or course would help.
- First to know. Be first to hear about free and subsidised courses, new guides and launch offers in our weekly careers newsletter.
How the Talent Pool Works
- You choose what you tell us. Only name and email are required.
- We use your details only for the purposes you tick on the form.
- You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time by emailing info@getuready.co.uk.
Who Sees Your Details
Universal Networking Insights Training & Development Limited, which trades as uREADY and UNIT8D. UNIT8D is another trading name of the same company, not a separate company. We will ask you before sending your CV or profile to any other employer. We never sell your details.
How Long We Keep Your Details
24 months from your last meaningful contact with us or your last reconfirmation. Before that period ends, we will ask whether you want to stay in the pool. If you reconfirm, a new 24-month period begins. If you do not, we delete or anonymise your details. You can ask us to delete them at any time. You must be 16 or over to join; if you are under 18, please speak to a parent or guardian before joining.
